Time to mark your calendar with a swipe of BBQ sauce for the meatiest event at The Resort at Paws Up: Montana Master Grillers. From Austin to Boston, the heavy hitters of the grill including Nashville’s Carey Bringle, Boston’s Andy Husbands, Chicago’s Charlie McKenna and Wayne Mueller from Taylor, Texas will be there.
Inspired by L.A.’s best underground barbecues Valerie will be making desserts over an open flame, which imparts unique flavors as only BBQ can. Among her specialties are skillet brownies and grilled cherry clafouti (sounds like a perfect match for local Montana cherries).

Howlin' with Harris Hot Summer BBQ
Join Culinary MC Billy Harris with Chef Johnny Ray Zone and the Howlin' Rays crew with friends from Trudy's Underground BBQ, City House from Nashville, Hog & Hominy from Memphis, chef Nyesha Arrington, Valerie Confections and a comforting treat from Milk Bar. An epic modern take on the Southern feast, featuring Nashville style hot chicken, meats, sides, and treats along with cocktails, appetizers, wine, coffee/matcha service, hosted by Billy Harris. Ticket price includes all food and beverages. Proceeds from the live auction, charity partners and The Wells Fargo Foundation, will benefit the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
